This is a fresh tattoo of flying stars. One could still see the pink skin color around the stars, indicating that it just got put on. People like stars because there is something mystical about it. Some people believe that every star in the sky represent an individual on earth, once a person pass away, the star dimmned and dissapear. Stars are pretty light bulbs in the sky that everyone like to look at, but they can not touch or get it. The fact that people are unable to get a hold of it or touch it, makes it special and valuable to the beholder.
