I don’t know if i will believe a tattoo such this but nothing is impossible and there are no accidents, right?
Maybe this person really wants her tattoo done at her tongue, why did i say HER because just by looking at the lips i could tell that its a girls lips.
A very artistic design if you take a closer look. No design can outmatch this one.
