Most people have tattoos on their fingers to test out the flavor of having some inks on their bodies. They normally do a small or funny design on the fingers. For example, there is a guy in this gallery that have a tattoo of a mustache on his finger as a way to make people laugh. A tattoo on the finger may be small but it could be quite memorial for the bearer.
